Worried about Uncomfortable Conversations at Your Thanksgving Day Celebration?

Comfortble Conversations

The Thanksgivng Holiday is only 2 days away. Are you looking forward to your celebration or not? Are you conderned because of the different political views of family members and/or friends? Will the conversations be comfortable or uncomtfortable?

A Conversation

It will help to understand another person’s point of view and have a civil conversation.

Conversation Tip: imagine that you are standing at an intersection and the other person is standing on the opposite corner. You each are wearing a backpack that contains your backstories. Each of you may know or may not know the other person’s backstory. Remember that both of you are looking at whatever is in the middle of the intersection, possibly your political point of view, from your persective.
