Word Wednesday – “Gubbins”

“Gubbins” is my word for WordWednesday.

• Noun: Brittish dialect for an object that has little or no value, a gadget or device, odds and ends, rubbish, and a silly person.

• Usage: I think a “Gubbins” created this silly, but useful rubbish can.

Pronunciation – gəbə̇nz

• During the Coronavirus quarantine I am cleaning ups “Gubbins” around my home and garden.

• Do you act like aGubbins” when you discover you have lots of “Gubbins” around your home?
