“Farrago” is my word for WordWednesday.

• Noun: A mixture, hodgepodge, mishmash, collage, gumbo, quilt

• Usage: I love my  “Farrago” of buttons from my mother and mother-in-law in my button boxes.

• Pronunciationfəˈräɡō,fəˈrāɡō

He created a delicious dinner from a  “Farrago” of leftovers from his freezer.
