Tops Cats Charity Motorcycle Ride
Raise the Banner and Shout Hurrah for the Top Cats!
Last Sunday, July 27th, my husband, Jordan, and I participated
in our motorcycle club’s 12th annual Top Cats Charity Ride.
160 riders and passengers attended the ride and the club raised approximately
$7,000 for Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association (NISRA).
The ride began and ending at the Volo Auto Museum in Volo, Illinois, where
our friend, Wayne (a.k.a Traveler ), on the left, enjoyed showing Jordan his
1942 Harley David WLA, which the US army provided to the Australian
Army during WWII. Please, note the Left Hand Side Car.
I enjoyed capturing a “KodaK Moment” withour Road
Captain, Carl, who did a masterful job leading our group of
riders and passengers along a scenic ride through the countryside.
Riders and passengers returned to Volo Auto Museum to enjoy
a funfilled afternoon with music, food and time to see the fascinating
displays at the world famous museum.
The day was perfect! We enjoyed riding, visiting and
relaxing with our two legged and four legged friends!
