Sweet Anniversary Celebration
This morning, Jordan and I enjoyed a “Sweet Blue Brain” celebration the 45th anniversary of the day we became engaged at Ambrosia Euro American Patisserie.
We ordered beautiful pastries. I ordered gluten free macaroons (coconut cookies with two almond resting in an nest of chocolate) and The Republic of Tea – Peppermint Chocolate herbal tea and Jordan ordered a cherry and apple pocket and coffee.
Then we came home and ate our yummy treats, while looking and laughing at the Polaroid pictures in our February – March 1966 photo album.
Later, my daughter-in-law, Kelly called and I told her what we had done. Our granddaughter, Yasmin was listening and wanted to know what I said said.
Kelly told her, “Mimi and Papa Jordy were celebrating that Papa Jordy asked Mimi to marry him.”
Yasmin replied,”Again?”
I laughed and said, “Yes, I would do it again.”
