Oh, Give Me The Simple Life

It’s getting repetitive to apologize for not blogging. I’ve been having computer program problems, AGAIN!

I’m in pretty good shape now. When my online Anytime Calendar is completely repaired my Yellow Brain will be thrilled to be semi-organized once more!

I realized that when my Green Brain is struggling with 2010 technology, my Blue Brain reminisces and ponders the idea returning to a life of simplicity with 1950 era tools.

A dial phone

A manual typewriter!

and basic appointment books!

I’d have to agree with my favorite American jazz singer, Ella Fitzgerald, when she sings Harry Ruby’s and Rube Bloom’s lyrics of Give Me The Simple Life!

“Some like the high road, I like the low road
Free from the care and strife
Sounds corny and seedy, but yes, indeed,

Give me, oh, give me, oh give me the simple life!”

What would you do to simplify your life?
