Music & Words to Enhance Your Creativity

Sometimes my “Green Brain” prefers to work in solitude. Often my “Orange Brain” enjoy listening to my fun Ragtime selections. Other times my “Blue Brain” loves listening to Baroque music.

Did you know that Baroque music enhances one’s creativity because there are 60 beats per minute, just like a healthy heart rate?

To enhance my creativity I also enjoy listening to my friend, Lily Miceli’s “INBETWEEN THE MUSIC ….. Where music gives voice to words” online radio show. Lily’s engaging voice narrates each show, which she skillfully researches and produces.

Lily is a talented actor with a voice as melodic as the music she includes in her programs. Lily weaves fascinating facts, musical details and fun trivia about each piece of music, which she carefully selects for her shows. Previous shows have been Music: by Women, of Theater, of Earth & Beyond, and Poetry, and Animals. Lily also include video links to the music, movies or books she includes in her programs.  The potpourri of Lily’s musical choices and words invites the listener into a delightful, educational, and soothing experience that can be enjoyed many times over. I love learning new ideas and discovering new facts, which I might have I missed while listening to the archived shows.

I look forward to each new post the Lily makes to her site. On November 28th, Lily will be producing her Music & Color show. I am looking forward to collaborating with Lily and offering listeners a memorable and “Brain Colorful” experience.

“INBETWEEN THE MUSIC” can be found on public radio station WGTD HD3 in Kenosha & Racine County accessing by HD radio.

Listen in, stay tuned and ENJOY!

Sheila – I listen to “Pandora Radio” (free internet radio) when I work on my laptop. I created a “station” that I call lullabies — it’s instrumental, with no vocals. The type of music that plays on my “station” is similar to the first artist that I typed in — Gary Stadler. Give it a listen, you’ll be glad you did 🙂
