Lucky Vitamin Made Me Smile!

Lucky Vitamin is an online wellness and nutrition store where my husband and I purchase some of our vitamins. It’s not like a brick and mortar where an individual can offer you in-person customer service.

However, this month while I was unpacking our order, I was delighted by the surprise I received in the bottom of the box… it was a hand drawn smiley face!

My Friendly Blue Brain always enjoys sharing a smile with strangers and watching them smile in return. Try sharing a smile 🙂 in the grocery store, when you are walking down the street, while waiting in line to purchase tickets at the movie theater, or any place you want to make your self and others smile!

When and where was the last time you gave a smile to someone and made them smile?

Below is one of my mother’s favorite poems (which I might have shared before) that always makes me smile!

A SMILE

It takes but a moment,
and the memory of it lasts forever.
It brings rest to the weary,
Cheer to the discouraged,
Sunshine to the sad, and
Is nature’s best antidote for trouble

A Smile costs nothing, but gives much.
It enriches those who receive,
without making poorer those who give.
None is so rich and mighty
that he or she can be made rich by it.

A Smile creates happiness in the home,
Fosters good will in business, and
Is the countersign of friendship.
It can not be bought, begged, borrowed or stolen,
For it is of no value to anyone,
until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a smile,
Give them one of yours,
For no one needs the Smile more,
than he who has no more to give!
