People talk about Peace, but is an elusive word that so many of us desire in our lives, our community, country, and in our world.
We can think of peace as a mental calm and serenity, peacefulness, tranquility, equanimity, calm, calmness, composure, ease, contentment, contentedness, and last but not least, peace of mind.
We can also think of peace as a freedom from violence and/or war, law and order, lawfulness, order, peacefulness, and harmony.
In my What Color Is Your Brain?® Programs I always talk about the Blue Brainers, who thrive in a harmonious environment and want peace, often, at any price. Then they pay a huge price for peace!
The other Brain Colors also desire peace, however their perspective is different from the Blue Brainers.
Yellow Brainers want peace because it is the right thing to do and they thrive in an environment that offers safety and stability.
Green Brainers look at peace objectively and consider all the facts about the unrest and a strategy to obtain peace because they desire calm environments.
Orange Brainers are natural trouble-shooters who can easily become negotiators for peace. However, because they do not like following rules they often create a chaotic environment around themselves.
When you consider Peace, which Brain Color perspective are you thinking with?
