Providing a climate where individuals feel safe and free to explore their own ideas and feelings develops their creative problem-solving techniques, enhances their self-esteem and improves their decision-making skills.

My Idea Environment

Now, that it is spring in the Chicagoland area, I find that my ideal work environment is our 3 season porch. My Blue Brain loves the veiw of our gardens and the plants and flowers that surround me inside our porch. I can also relex and read on the comfy couch or lounge chairs. I enjoy listening to the birds and I enjoy the warm air that waves through the screens.
