Are You A Person of Excellence, Leadership, and/or Encouragement Who Improves People’s Lives?

Do you ever wonder if your sense of excellence, encouragement and/or leadership can improve other people’s lives in your family, workplace, school and/or community?

Your Green Brain may contemplate this questions, when you think about your personal and professional life experiences, or when your read an article in a book or newspaper, and/or watch or listen to the news

Below are examples of each Brain Colors’ Excellence and Leadership attributes that can Encourage other people:

Yellow Brain Excellence and Leadership: Encourages other people to be respectfulness and responsible
Blue Brain Excellence and Leadership: Encourages other people with teamwork and to spend time with family/friends
Green Brain Excellence and Leadership: Encourages other people to be independence and gather information
Orange Brain Excellence and Leadership: Encourages other people to take risks and have time to relax

Please note the male reference (man, he) in the that story was written during a time when women seldom participated in society as decision makers and leaders in the business community, as they do now. I took a little literary license to add female references ( woman, she). I know my mother and my father would highly approve of my revisions. They were respectful, grateful, and proud of the remarkable women and men who helped them build Lab-Line and achieve and maintain success that everyone enjoyed!

The WoMan of Real Excellence

The woman whose sole pursuit is Profit and Advantage can be ruined by a bad harvest.

But a woman whose sole pursuit is Excellence cannot be confused by bad times.

These are the 5 ways in which a woman of real Excellence improves other people:

1. Some she transforms like rain in season.

2. Others she perfects excellence that already exists.

3. Others she brings success to innate capacity.

4. Others she provides answers to questions.

5. Others derive benefit in their own way.

To act without knowing why; to do things as they have always been done, without asking why; to engage in an activity all one’s life without really understanding what it is about and how it relates to other things—this is to be one of the crowd, not a woman of Excellence.
