Amazon Author Central – A Hidden Treasure!

Did you know that Amazon Author Central  is a remarkable service for authors of any genre. I had known about the service but did not fully understand the extraordinary assistance an author could ask for and receive.

A friend informed me that Princess Shayna’s InvisibleVisible Gift  was as ‘Temporarily Out of Stock” on Amazon.com. I thanked my friend and immediate contacted  Amazon Author Central.

I quickly discovered this hidden treasure of spectacular customer service to serve every author.

It’s so simple… you log on to the Author Central site and create a profile. If you need help you fill out the easy and detailed form and click on the button for an email or phone call response. Of course, my Blue Brain selected the phone call. Blue Brainers love talking to others to solve their promblems.

My first call was quickly answered by Charity. What a delight I actually spoke to an competent individual, not a machine, who politely answered my questions and told me she would be happy to help me with any questions I had.

Charity walked me through the changes that need to be made and made sure I understood the process. She also explained what I need to do to make more
changes to my Author Profile and my books in the future and updated my What Color Is Your Brain? and Princess Shayna’s book covers.

Today, I spoke with Andrew, becuase the ‘Temporarily Out of Stock” message had disappeared. That issue and books being available will be resolved in a few days.

I am looking forward to adding more information to my profile including  the “Look Inside” feature to Princess Shayna’s Invisible Visible Gift and What Color Is Your Brain?.  Now, my Blog and Twitter links are on my profile, and today I uploaded my WGN TV video.

What an amazing “free bonus” marketing tool!

I want to acknowledge, Charity, Joe, Chantel, and Andrew, who have skillfully helped me over the past few days.
